Our Shop

The shop was opened in September 2011 and the income generated to December 2014 has enabled donations to be made exceeding 115,000.00. Thanks to the generosity of Islanders and visitors we have been able to give financial support to many local clubs, associations, schools and individuals.

The funds raised through the shop are always used to support local Hayling Island requests and other National and International donations from Hayling Lions are made from our fundraising activities.

  • Hayling Lions also run many community events and make many community donations. Please see a list of those we have donated to.
  • We help support the Business Men Minibus
Business Men
  • Lions Clubs International hold a Annual Service of Thanksgiving and Dedication. This year it was held at The Minster Church of St Denys at Warminster on Sunday 4th October.  We attended along with the Mayor of Havant Cllr Leah Turner and her Consort Andy. Leah is a resident of Hayling Island and very interested in the work of Lions.  She indicated at the start of her year that she would like to be involved in as much as possible that Hayling Lions were doing, hence the invitation.  She met with other Mayors from the counties of Hampshire, Dorset and Wiltshire who had also been invited. The service was followed by afternoon tea when the opportunity arose to chat to Lions and their guests from around the District.
